SDK Evaluation Terms

Version 1.0 · 20 October 2026

These terms are between TMRW Spain S.L.U. ("we", "us") and you, the person or company that installs or uses the RealityOS SDK ("you"). You agree to them by installing or using the SDK, or by accepting them in the RealityOS console. If you accept for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.

1. What you may do

We give you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the SDK, the sample apps and the documentation to evaluate RealityOS. Evaluating means building prototypes and running internal tests. There is no time limit.

You may also:

  1. publish videos and screenshots of what you build;
  2. reuse code from the sample apps in your own projects;
  3. show your prototypes privately to your own clients, without giving them a copy or access to run them.

2. What needs a commercial licence

Anything that reaches real users or is sold needs a separate commercial licence from us. That includes:

  • putting an app built with the SDK into production;
  • publishing it, or offering it to the public or to customers;
  • using it to provide a paid service.

To get a commercial licence, contact us through the console or at info@holoh.com. Each commercial licence is agreed individually.

3. What you may not do

  1. Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or publish the SDK on its own, or as part of another development kit, engine or library.
  2. Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the SDK or its compiled modules, except where the law allows it despite this term.
  3. Remove or change any copyright, licence or trademark notice.
  4. Publish benchmarks or performance comparisons of the SDK without our written permission.
  5. Share your keys, or get around the usage limits or access controls of our services.
  6. Use the SDK in breach of the law, including export control and sanctions laws.

4. Our online services and your keys

  • Some features use online services that we run, such as multiplayer sync and asset hosting.
  • They need a key from your RealityOS console account, and during evaluation they come with usage limits.
  • We may change or stop these services or their limits.
  • Keep your keys secret. You are responsible for anything done with your keys.

5. Ownership and feedback

  • We and our licensors keep all rights in the SDK, including patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. You get only the rights in section 1.
  • You keep the rights in your own code.
  • If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

6. Third-party components

The SDK includes open-source components. Each is under its own licence, listed in the notices shipped with the SDK.

7. Your data

How we handle your account data is described in the [RealityOS privacy notice].

8. Pre-release software

Versions below 1.0 are pre-release and may change without notice.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

  • The SDK and our services are provided "as is", without any warranty, as far as the law allows.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
  • Our total liability under these terms is limited to EUR 100.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Ending these terms

  • You may stop using the SDK at any time.
  • We may end these terms, or your access to our services, if you break them or if we close the evaluation programme. We give notice where we can.
  • When the terms end, stop using the SDK and delete your copies.
  • Sections 3, 5, 9 and 11 continue to apply after the terms end.

11. General

  • These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Alicante (Spain) decide disputes.
  • We may publish new terms for new SDK versions. Each version stays under the terms it shipped with.
  • These terms are the whole agreement about evaluating the SDK. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
